About Rob Lamb
Robert joined Salesforce.com in 2002 as a member of our Corporate Sales team (15 of us). He then started our customer retention team which evolved into Salesforce Customer Success organization. He spent 3 years running AppExchange Partner Success team onboarding the first 500 ISV partners. Robert’s next stop was the Foundation where he spent 4 years selling to a Higher Education customers as a Field Account Executive. Today he is responsible for the enablement of the Platform Sales team and a frequent speaker at BootCamp.
