Our business is fast paced and fun, so requires someone with energy and a good understanding of a customer service.
KEY IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be reliable, punctual and a natural story teller
- Ability to lead a conversation in small groups of people
- Outstanding people skills
- Interested in innovation and technology
- Best-in-class tour experiences with excellent public speaking skills and guest interaction
- Cohesive, timely, engaging, and factual tour script deliver
- Knowledgeable of Silicon Valley’s tech companies, its history, facts
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent oral communications skills
- Professional and clean appearance
- Experience with corporate audiences a plus
- Positivity, charisma, patience, and flexibility are integral
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to think on one’s feet
