Problem: Top management wanted to accelerate and decentralize product development to introduce more innovative products faster. They were also looking for innovative solutions to increase efficiency of supply chain and reduce costs and wanted to evaluating the use the latest tech such drones, AI, IoT and blockchain.
Solution We’ve Offered: SVIC designed executive program on The Future of the industry, conducted Market Research, Technology Scouting and Startup Engagement program.
Results We’ve Achieved: After the innovation audit and creation of defendable innovation strategy, the company has updated its technology and IT strategy. Three pilot projects are currently in works and more startup partnerships are being developed. Toyota is now firmly plugged into the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem and integrated their startup strategy and R&D approach.
Problem: The company was looking to evaluate business value of the latest innovations in the supply chain area and take the technology services to its customers to the new level. They were seeking the most efficient ways to collaboration with startups and plug-in into the global agritech ecosystem.

Results We’ve Achieved: CBH Group launched the platform with value added services for its farmers and significantly optimized the supply chain operations on all its markets outside Australia.

Problem: Bank of Queensland wanted to become and innovation leader in banking with its overarching strategy of customer focus through digital transformation.

Results We’ve Achieved: Bank of Queensland discovered new fintech partners to plug into their strategy of transforming customer experience. Set up Future Product Development studio for 3-5 years horizon products and created a holistic Transformation and Innovation Strategy.
Problem: As a leader of the banking sector in Turkey, Akbank wanted to provide the best customer experience while executing on the ambitious agenda to switch to the branchless banking organization within five years.
