KSI needed a varied program that would be suitable for senior managers. The group wanted to meet both innovative, disruptive startups and leading Silicon Valley companies from “big tech”, retail and e-commerce. The goal for the mission was for the participants to gain a full, holistic picture on the future of retail and e-commerce and learn the latest emerging technologies disrupting the industry.
What We Did
SVIC built a 5-day program for KSI. In sessions with a diverse roster of companies, the group covered topics such as the future of e-commerce, viral marketing strategies, sustainable supply chain, IoT and artificial intelligence.
Results & Outcomes
The KSI team gained a thorough understanding on what does the future hold for ecommerce businesses. They saw how some of the area’s most successful companies practice innovation and, most importantly, were inspired to see how they too could apply those innovation practices within their own company.
