We are looking for highly motivated, reliable Program Coordinator who will lead our Innovation tours and provide support to the Program Director in preparation and organization of executive education programs for our global clients. Our business is fast-paced and fun, so requires someone with energy and a good understanding of customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accompanying groups during company visits, leading the tours
- Supporting executive programs from the proposal stage by conducting research on emerging trends and innovative technologies in a variety of industries, to program design and execution
- Prospecting and signing up speakers to participate in programs
- Working on program materials
REQUIREMENTS:
- College graduate (MBA is a plus)
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Executive presence
- Passion for Silicon Valley, technology innovations, and emerging trends
- Outstanding organizational skills
