In today’s era of digital disruption the key to survival is to become an information-driven enterprise. To make this shift requires the realization that it is no longer enough to take decisions based on gut feeling or raw data. Instead, all the data contained inside a company needs to be put in its proper context to turn it into usable information. The first step to doing this is to get at the data, most of which is unstructured in forms such as earnings calls transcripts, e-mails, CRM systems and digital media. There are big insights to be extracted from all of these sources, but analysing this huge quantity of text, sound and images goes far beyond what any individual or team could manage.
But artificial intelligence has now reached the point where it is capable of reading all of this data and extracting the insights for us. For enterprises this could be a game-changing technology that allows them to make decisions more quickly, understand their business better, and anticipate what’s coming next.
To discuss how artificial intelligence can turn companies into information-driven organizations we’re joined by Gregoire Jozan, Solution Architect at Sinequa, for a live interview.
