Results We’ve Achieved: After the innovation audit and creation of defendable innovation strategy, the company has updated its technology and IT strategy. Problem: As a leader of the banking sector in Turkey, Akbank wanted to provide the best customer experience while executing on the ambitious agenda to switch to the branchless banking organization within five years.

Solution We’ve Offered:“Navigating Fintech Disruption” executive immersion program, Innovation Methodology Consulting and Startup Engagement & Partnership Programs.
